... and about Redondo Beach, do you remember Stanley Clarke walking through the crowd and letting someone from the audience play bass during School Days ??

I do not recall whether Stanley did that or not. I don't think so. I will see what I can come up w/ on the Animal/Strand date. I don't think I have the stub to that show which would possibly be our last hope. I will dig through the collection.
