Merci Philip!

I like the song... that's what I like about rock...the sound of the guitar have some reminiscents about Andy's typical chords... also at the last part of the song the singer has some Sting chorus style... but nothing about drums... But I like the song... by the way, if you like to heard and watch some hard inflences of THE POLICE in rock that's what I wrote some months ago:

I know THE POLICE lent big influences around the world, but at the same time I think they are the one of the hardest inspiration of most bands in "Latin America" recognized as "Rock in spanish" movement.

Here are such examples of It - Let me know how do you think about it and what you considered the most close band inflenced by Andy, Stewart & Sting (The Police)

Hi Guys, I bought this bands album "Kicking the National Habit" a couple of years back after hearing it whilst shopping in GAP store, it is very Police like in some parts, especially a song called Daylight Goes which I presume is their pun on Bring on the Night, I agree with Jose the drums sound very unlike the Police, worth buying though.

A week ago I have received an email from a peruvian friend from the school ( he live in Vancouver) he requested me if I want a 7 row seat in the FIRST Concert of THE POLICE!!!! Woooooow!!!!!! But for my bad luck I need VISA to travel Canada or every corner of the world outside my country ( that's the main and hard for first world countries ) so my chances are less...

I have two options... wait for 2008 ( south american POLICE tour - Hoping they come to Lima - Peru - less possibilitie in spite of the fact they are considered a superband here and everybody knows about them) or have an invitation from someone from abroad ( I mean Europe, USA, etc., to get easily the visa to travel ) or perhaps getting an student visa for studiying something during and coincidence for a POLICE concert abroad... for buying tickets or airplane is not the problem...the subject and big problem for me was for obtaining a Visa... a Visa is like the "Great Wall" or "Iron Curtain" for me...

PS: Did you watch the bands I linked? What's your opinion? Who are the most close in influences by The Police?
