OT: I met Vespapod and Sockii

hu hu...I met some more nutters this week! I haven't met you all yet, but year by year I have the chance to say hi in person and thank you for your support in running StewartCopeland.net
A couple of days ago I met Vespapod and Sockii here in Milan, and we spent a great evening talking and talking and talking...to cool to be true, I loved it and they both are such nice people, I really enjoyed meeting them.
You may imagine what we were talking about...our meetings with THE MAN HIMSELF, the shows we went, talking about nutters and crazyness, but also about our personal life; it's good when a friendship starts from a main reference but then you realise there is a lot more to talk about (and believe me, that was one of the main aspects when I opened the first SC.it).

I'm looking forward to meet all of you that I haven't met yet, and I'm sure there will be more and more chances, maybe at a Sting, Andy or Stewart show? Maybe at a Police show (you never know)? Maybe just by visiting a city somewhere around the world?

Sockii and i had a great time meeting you too Gio!!! We ended up going to both Lago maggiore and today we wwnt to the "Balcony of Italy" off lago Como.....my friend George wasnt home (only kidding!). It was very cloudy today up in the mountains but just being there for the last two days was the greatest!!!

Thank you for your wonderful hospitality (and your patience coordinating with our busy schedule while in Milan!) It was wonderful finally having the chance to meet in person, although it already felt like I knew you for many years, no different in person or on-line.

This trip was very special for vespa and I in many ways, and having the chance to spend part of that time with you was just terrific.

I *heart* this big time. So glad this trip went off without a hitch, and it sounds like its awesomeness made up for last year's debacle.
So great when our virtual friends become our real-life friends. And when some of your favorite people get to hang together, even if it is without you

I always have a great time meeting and hanging out with Nutters, I always find we have a lot more in common than just love of the Maestro.
Gio, hope you to get Los Angeles one day, you will have a blast meeting and hanging with the LA Nutters.
