Hi everyone!
I joined recently and thought I would say hello. Big Police fan. Saw them in Toronto at the Massey Hall in 1980. Ranks as the best concert I have ever seen in my entire life!! 2nd would be tied between Sting in 88 and King Crimson in '84. I'm going to both the Toronto shows in July...really pumped for that.
And if time permits, learn to play bass and learn some Police tunes. I also play guitar. If there was only a drummer in Toronto that can play like Stewie...
Anyhoo, I'm here.

It's weird because you post something here and then you go over there and check the same kind of topics!

Some of us drummers here in TO are influenced by Stewart, nobody plays like him though.

but we steal his chops for sure...why wouldn't you? they are the best.

Then comes the hard part where you have to make it you own and add something new, just like he did.
