Thank you!

Actually Rome isn't on our itinerary this time, but we were there 2 years ago and yes, did the Pantheon. I absolutely fell in love with all of ancient Rome when I wasn't expecting the city to hit me like it did. We were supposed to be in Venice for a second time last year and the fucking Iceland volcano cancelled our trip, so keeping fingers crossed for no complications this time.

This'll be my second visit to Florence with perhaps a side trip to Sienna before both of us are seeing Milan for the first time (for a Last Supper pilgrimage and also personal reasons on my end....)

A belated happy birthday to you. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the stoooopid Icelandic volcano doesn't interfere with your trip to Italy.
In Dallas, the only game that really mattered was in the word gamelan.

Don't look now but volcanic activity has resumed in Iceland. Hopefully it won't be as disruptive as Ashmageddon was last year.

Don't even get me started.

They're saying it's blowing in a different direction this time so it ~shouldn't~ affect air travel. But I don't trust no one. Vespa's ready to just get on a plane now to Italy so we get stranded THERE instead of HERE like we did last year...
