OT Film script

Way off topic, but I could use some input from people that might be kind of off our radar. As everone knows, I've been working on a film for years now and we're about ready to start filming. It would be interesting to get a take from people that know very little about cults and living in one. I hope you haven't had the pleasure anyways.

A very brief synopsis of the film is that it's about a family that is forced to choose life over their religion or vise versa and the complications that arise from whatever path they take. I know it's very vague, but I'm leaving it that way to see how far people know about it as they read it. If anyone is interested, shoot me an email and I'll send you a copy. Thanks

Nothing like starting with an easy film eh ? heh, heh. Interesting.

This to me is like a horror film. Very scarey. People can be "Love-bombed" into believing anything. I don't know how you wrote that. I wouldn't know where to start, good for you. Is it 100% heavy, I mean how would you have any relief/light moments?. I guess you could in the beginning. What a challenge, I guess that's how you have an impact by actually saying something. I hope you keep us updated on your progress. I hope it goes great.

You know if your shooting in TO I'll meet ya for a pint eh, give me a shout if you know ahead of time.

All the best Alex.

Thanks buddy. I had an interview with a local paper at my house the other night. They wanted to take a picture at my kitchen table because it was cluttered and looked cool. I was looking at the picture today and noticed something that put me in stitches............Both Stewart's and Andy's books lying right there!

Hi Alex

I would love to read your script but don't have your e-mail address.

Sorry moonstone, I thought this thread had died. I'll email you shortly. I thought this was funny, and I swear it's 100% true, no embellishment. Just a few minutes ago a crazy old man came into my office, no idea where he came from or why he picked me, but we have had a lot of press as of late. He wanted to talk to the dj business next door. Within 30 seconds he had to tell me about his buddy.... yup, Bryan Adams and him were in a lawsuit against socan (ask bongoboy) Anyways, he came into a tonne of coin (wonderful) thanks to HIS lawsuit that now included not only his buddy Bryan, but Celine Dion and Shania Twain (all best friends) I have only the smallest of smiles on my face because I'm still not sure what I'm dealing with. Then he starts with Justin Beiber, I guess they talk on skype every week and Justin really wants him to record with him (he's well into his 60's) but he won't do it because of Usher (no idea) Add to this the fact that Rianna want's him to produce her.

So now I'm into it. I tell him that I'm suing The Police because I wrote Syncronicity when we were all drinking one night, and that I taught Stewart how to drum, and that they were originally suppossed to be called The Alex's. This was turning into a grand old time, each of us one upping the other. The old guy was loving it, I couldn't believe it. Crazy, crazy crazy
