And mine:

I've never used this before so I will now have to check and see if it works!

Bella, you really did good! I think we should send them to Andy and see what he thinks about "stealth" photography now!

Nice photos ladies! Thanks for the report. I wish I could have gone.

Sam is adorable... I can't believe they kicked him out for baby sounds. Good for him that he's rowdy though :-) Rock on little dude!

And as it just so happens, I accidentally turned on the voice recorder without realizing while showing it to a few nutters after the gig and captured what bella is referring to on audio as well:

Thanks for sharing the photos. It's great to see the old gang again along with some new faces. Sam is definitely a sweetie. I suspect they made Sam leave because the NG Museum had already filled its quota of tiny cute guys with Andy in the house. And I see Sam was hitting on that other baby at the restaurant. He seems definitely bound for rock star greatness.

It's too bad they asked you & Sam to leave, Nick. I had fun meeting Nutters I had not met before & catching up with Nutters I had not seen in awhile. It was nice that one of our crew won Andy's signed book. I enjoyed Andy's part of the photography presentation. Thanks for posting photos, bella & ltwoman. Unfortunately, I don't have any Nutter photos from that night. I do have some tourist photos I took: http://bit.ly/hquYSC I came home last night but my luggage decided to stay on vacation so I'm still waiting for it to appear. I had a great time in DC!

Waiting for everyone else to check in as it looks like our group also had it's share of travel nightmares: Bella on the wrong train, me on the train that couldn't, Julia without her worldly possessions! I suppose Nick and Sam's heave-ho counts in this respect also.

Perhaps, but he shows more interest in drums so far. That is to say he likes to bang things. So he could, like his father, be a bigger Stewart fan than he is an Andy fan.

I listened to much of Conroy's audio recording. I listened to the beginign and I must admitt Sam was loud in the first few minutes before we were kicked out, espeically at 2:58. But Sam and I were ine the seat directly behind Conroy. Sam's sounds in minute 3 were happy sounds.

I skipped listening to Andy's discussion of the photos he was showing since it lost a lot without the photos to be seen, but listened to the Q&A. I loved Andy's story (around 1hour 12 minutes in) about how he got arrested in Argentina when his photos of a bank were interpreted by the police as casing the bank.

My wife feels horribly guilty because she knows I was looking forward to the event and she wasn't up for watching Sam. While I am sorry we got kicked out, Sam did get to meet Nutters and loved the attention. A happy baby makes everything else good. And we got a great story about he was too loud for the event with the rock star. So it was a good evening.

While I like Andy the photographer, I like Andy the guitarist and song writer more and was really hpoing to learn more of upcoming music projects. Oh well.
SC-There are a few crazy people on this planet. Sure sign of that is that they kinda like my music

Nick, I was so glad to meet you and Sam and so sorry I didn't get to say a proper goodbye. Consider yourself hugged and plant a big one on Sam for me. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to your family (and kitty too).
