Ahh, yes, I thought since it was featured last week on 60minutes it had already past but yes, its this Saturday Nov 6th.

Ugh, it was so close! She was DEAD LAST and made a run for it in the stretch.... Ann Moss said she could have stuck her tongue out and won, and it was true, lol! I saw them walk her to the stall - she was ready to go! They hype was crazy though. My uncle placed a bet that she and Blame would be first and second (either won), and he won $150!

Wow! Thanks for the link. That video montage of her wins took my breath away. Even though I knew she was going to win in each clip, she had my heart pounding every time. What a beautiful, thrilling racer.
In Dallas, the only game that really mattered was in the word gamelan.

Useless Trivia: Lane's End farm is only a few miles away from my new home in Lexington, KY. Right next to Keeneland, where Moss purchased Zenyatta in 2005 (and where one of Zenyatta's half-sisters' colts sold for $4.2M this past summer).

Not so useless. Good to know. Maybe in the spring you can go and take some pictures and post them here. At least you have famous neighbors!
