new member approval?

Yo, not sure who to contact about this but...

I've been chatting with a relatively new Police/Stewart fan on Facebook who tried to get approved for membership here but has been waiting to no avail for a while...is anyone currently actively approving new memberships? Not even sure who to poke to help her get access to the board here.

And help would be awesome.

This person already tried contacting Eugenio directly some time ago and has not heard anything back.

Checking the membership list for the site, it doesn't look like there's been any new member approvals since May?
