I felt it in Northern Virginia. I thought at first it was an earthquake but thought it could be one here. It didn't bother the baby, who has a cold and was too busy being bothered by that.

The cat we had put to sleep last week was an earthquake alarm, so we could have used the late Merlin. When we lived in the San Francisco Bay area, Merlin went crazy for 30 seconds before a quake. 30 seconds isn't enough time to do anything.
SC-There are a few crazy people on this planet. Sure sign of that is that they kinda like my music

My sister is visiting from California. She said something "that felt like an earthquake" woke her up last night. I said, "Yeah, right! I didn't feel anything." Sure, enough the local news site says the epicenter of the 3.6 quake was in Gaithersburg, MD (about 50 miles away). It just proves you can take the girl out of California, but you can't take the California out of the girl!

I'm sure Pluto felt it.

It is possible that I felt it, however, I was deep in REM mode at 5AM.
I did not register it.

Conroy's even farther from the quake than I am, so I don't know.

I read somewhere that folks as far away as Connecticut felt it.

Nope i was in another state last night

ETA (from sockii and Vespa's aweseome new palatial estate in south jersey)

I did experience a small similarly sized earthquake in Virginia back in 2000 or so. It was the first and only one I've experienced. It's definitely something you'll never forget.

Hah. We've actually been considering proposing it since we've got shit-tons of space for crashing - and a basement ready for jamming.

Stay tuned...

And don't forget the racetrack in the basement. I can't wait to see what happens there after a few of us become inebriated.
