Help-Need my nutters!!!

My computer crashed and lost everything.

Just spent two days up grading everything however have lost all my emails adresses so to all my nutters who have my email adress please send an email......

so i can get back all those email adresses since my email is on my computor not on the web

Lucky for me i did a backup discs for all my pictures and are on my laptop. I would be if i lost all my police pics that took hours over a couple of years to find them all.

One of the best suggestions I've heard for storing important stuff is the 3-2-1 Rule:

* Keep 3 copies of your files (the original set, plus 2 backups).
* Save them on 2 different kinds of media (such hard drive and CD, hard drive and DVD, etc).
* Store 1 copy offsite somewhere.

That last is the hardest, of course, but online backups and keeping spare discs at a friend's or family's house works. (Some files are worth the hassle.) And even without #3, the first two rules can really save your ass.
