The fun thing is you really never know who you're gonna get. Guests could be the guy from Tommy Tutone, or Southside Johnny, or Adrian Belew. One of the regulars is Gary Tallent from the E Street Band; Tom Petersson of Cheap Trick, etc. I do love their standing drummer, Steve Ebe (http://www.myspace.com/steveebe) and guitarist Bill Lloyd is, like, the nicest guy on earth.
Another cool aspect of this is how good these guys are: they can play these albums very nearly note perfect, making it look easy. After they finish playing each album, they do 'the hits' by each artist. They usually mix up the lead singers, getting different people to do every song. So I got some video. It's crappy, b/c I screwed up and set my camera on low resolution, and I only got a few seconds of every song (there was a cameraman there and I was trying not to get into his shots). Anyway, thought some of you might enjoy this. I gotta admit: Seeing 'Masako' and then 'Dead End Job' live really rocked. Not quite as good as the real thing, but it beat nothing by quite a bit. Plus, it was great to see 'Message' and some of the classics again.
