How Tall is Sting? A Serious Argument Hangs in the Balance!

my bandmate and i are having an argument about sting's height.

he (dan, who is the 'sting' of the band - la policia) is convinced sting is only around 5'10. i am convinced he is at least 6'. we have both met the man, which makes us even more stubborn.

does anyone have any real evidence of sting's actual height...?

I am about 5' 9 1/2 ish and Sting was certainly a bit taller than me when I saw him in person.

well, i could go and take a photo of the doorway to where surrey sound used to be near me.. the same front doors are there still. there are lots of shots of gordo in front of the doors so i could take some picccies at the same angle, work out gordo's pose and angle of crouch and get a rough guestimate.. problem is that it'll come out somewhere between 5'10 and 6 ft.........
