It must be tough sharing your birthday with a savior. However, from what you posted in your new thread, it sounds like you had a great Christmas and a great birthday.
All the best!

Couldn't eat your Bubble qand Squeak? Well, that's no good. My mom used to make us Bubble and Squeak on the day after Christmas.

Sorry I'm late! Happy belated birthday, Moonstone! Considering when your birthday falls, I'd say you should get a good two-week span of birthday!

Happy Birthday Maria! Sorry I'm a little late.
You're the third (well, 4th) person I know with a birthday on the 25th.

Hope you had a great day.

I've heard this explanation before, but can you remind me what Boxing Day is?

Hi Samburusunset

26th December was called Boxing day in England becasue traditionally it was the day that the churches distributed the contents of the church collection boxes amongst the poor of the parish.

Thank you so much for all your messages everyone. They've given me a lot of smiles over the last few days.

Bongoboy, bubbling and squeaking reminds me, for some reason, of a Spitting Image sketch from years ago. Something to do with the Queen not having a bottom!

Happy New Year all. X
