ELTSDIM in Lego Rock Band

ELTSDIM in Lego Rock Band

Postby TheEqualizer on 15 Oct 2009 16:58

The new game Lego Rock Band will feature the Police's Every Little Thing She Does is Magic.

This game is mostly the same as Rock Band, but the characters in the band are Lego characters.

Thus far, it has been revealed that the game will feature the following Lego avatars: David Bowie, Iggy Pop, Brian May, and Blur. Furthermore, Iggy Pop will do the voice over for the instructional parts of the game.

It must be noted, though, that it appears that the game may feature more Lego versions of the artists featured in the game. How cool would it be to have a Lego version of the Police? Would STEWART be in his cucumber and lemon?

Regardless, I was not thinking of getting this game previously, but ELTSDIM is so great, I may have to get this. God those hi hats on that track are heavenly.

It would indeed be cool to see The Police as Lego characters though when I saw the David Bowie one I was strangely reminded of Spongebob Squarepants.

That Iggy is too damn scary. I don't know what the white band around his arm is supposed to be, but it certainly brings SOMEthing to mind...

G.G. Allin did usually smear himself onstage, but it wasn't peanut butter... 8)

Yeah, as an Iggyfan, I can assure you that the only thing he smeared himself with was his own blood :)

since my kids are in the target market (and frankly, so am I), please don't let them know what Gg Allen smeared himself in. i don't wanna be cleaning that up. again. (yucky 9:30 club story)

iggy was always blood i saw. so, the bandages make sense. tho i saw chest cuts the time or so i saw him do it.

lego iggy looks like my youngest daughter when she's pissed. and she is usually sporting some variety of bandaid embellishments.

Smax. I recommend fresh air, exercise, and a spell away from the internet.

Can someone explain to me why in the name of all that is Lego, I'm looking at a plastic Iggy Pop? What is this abomination? And why? Lego is bricks and stuff - if you're lucky you get a few plastic windows, or impossibly complicated instructions on how to build a Millennium Falcon. I'm confused, and feeling sweary and middle aged. Hey kids! Leave my Lego alone!

*dying*

And oh hey, I gotta say: My favorite Iggy video-star turn of late is his DJing for the Liberty City Radio station in Grand Theft Auto 4 (mostly in the Lost and Damned mod, although he's also in the regular game.) I rarely listen to anything else whilst popping caps into gangsters...Truly, it's hilarious.
