Amoeba Hollywood Instore - LA Mini Konvention

Hey everybody.

I thought since (a)we are two weeks away and (b)lots of nutters will be looking at the board today due to a certain thread I would start a thread dedicated to the Hollywood Amoeba in store appearance.

I am very excited for this. Two years ago I was just getting into and discovering this place when the Guitar Center appearance happened. Unfortunately, timing wise, I was not at home less than ten miles from the Guitar Center and was instead on the East Coast visiting Mrs. Throb’s family that week. This summer it just wasn’t in the cards for me to make the trek down to La Jolla.

This time the stars have aligned and everything has fallen into place for me to be there. This will be my first time meeting in person the Maestro.

And as I mention in another thread we have the Cat and Fiddle right down the street, perfect if we want to do pre/post gatherings there:

As i just mentioned in the other Amoeba thread, I plan on leaving work early and getting to the store around 4ish.

Obviously that's me in my userpic, but don't look for a blonde, I'm back to brunette. Perhaps you can listen for the accent, it tends to stick out.
