LL, It was one of the most bizarre events in my life - I was getting back to our table with JennyM and saw Fi and Stewart coming out of a car/limo/whatever it was. Stopped in my tracks and panic paralysis ensued - at a safe distance, and with the burkah ready, I saw Stewart and his lovely wife actually stopping at our table. At this point the panic transformed into terror (I wasn't even medicated this time!) and I decided to stare this way at them from behind the column where I was hiding, coming out only when The Royal Couple had disappeared into the restaurant.

Coming back to the table (rather confused, I must said) I was saluted by general laughs and well-deserved heckling.

I think I now deserve the title of Most Idiotic Nutter Ever, but I just couldn't.

La Jolla is really a beautiful spot, and the weather is pretty much perfect about 365 days a year.

Wow, Lil T. Just wow! I think you need to change your name to TOWOS&S, The Other Way of Stopping and Staring. However, I can't honestly say that I would have reacted any differently. Though I don't suppose I would have had a burka at the ready.
Thanks for sharing your story. I wonder what the other Nutters have to say about Stewart coming over to their table. What a guy! Hopefully, as the work week unfolds, we'll hear all the Nutters' dinner tales and then some.

It was a real honor to meet the myth called Larissa - the brave world-traveller who Made It from Melbourne (Sorry for saying Sydney!! LOL)

Guys and dolls, my brain was shouting "IDIOT!" But I swear that my body couldn't move...

Lemme check the pic, because I have a sacred fear not only of Stewart in Person (BTW, I was reassured by almost all the present Nutters that He doesn't bite), but of seeing my ugly mug on the Internet.
