La Jolla Photos - kayaking included

Postby IndyGirl on 21 Aug 2009 23:02

Sorry, it's taken me awhile to get some photos uploaded. I have a really, really slow internet connection at the hotel. I've got a few uploaded. I'll keep uploading more throughout the weekend. Here's a link to the La Jolla set on my flickr page. http://www.flickr.com/photos/17678487@N ... 105046422/

Wow! What a beautiful place! Thanks for the photos, Indy. Now I wish I was there even more, if that's possible.

Far away, so close - eh Giovanni? :-)

Lovely photos Julia - thank you! Looks like you've had some time to relax and enjoy the ocean. What a beautiful coast. I wish you had taken fewer pictures of the restaurants though - damn! I'm envious (and hungry!) :-)

Thanks Julia for the recent but very cherished memory. Guys, you are all worth a million dollars!!:=)

I do photograph like krap as usual, but this time I was in a State of Shock after La Burkah incident!

It was soooo great to see you and witness another piece of Genius from the Man; those who were missing were VERY missed. :(

Alan loved it all so much (we might have a nutter in the making here) that he's actually considering Dallas (before he was nixing it without hope)...

YAWZA!!!!!

Now, that Retail Therapy....

More pictures! Thanks Indy. Perhaps you should edit the title or repost the link to let everyone know you've downloaded more photos. I almost missed them.
Everyone looks so gorgeous and happy. Dive, your new hair colour rocks. Y'all rock. And don't just take my word for it. Look what the writer of one review had to say about you. (Thanks for posting the article in the links section, DM.)

"...there was represented a significant contingent of younger attendees—fans of the rocker Copeland..."

Receiving a compliment like that is just icing on the cake after enjoying fabulous music, wonderful friends and breath-taking scenery. (And don't anyone of you write to explain that the average age of La Jolla attendees is 85. Just take the compliment and run.)

TOWOS, you HAVE to explain your new signature about hiding behind a column while he was at the table. I beg you. Us poor souls untouched by the La Jolla sun and surf need details.
