buy mrs. njperry lots of flowers.
and shoes?
My wife isn't as into shoes as some people I know. Should wouldn't spent much time on a what shoes are you wearing thread, although more than I do.

Flowers or jewelry are better bets for me.
For those still wanting tickets for the show, there are still some tickets available from the festival itself at
http://purchase.tickets.com/buy/TicketP ... id=6497219.

Of course, we don't want to have good reserved Nutter tickets go to waste (including the ticket I am still unsure if I will be taking).

Poking around with ticket options, I see that you can get them in groups of 2 at both proce ranges ($60 and $45) and upto 3 together in the corner in the $45 price range.

Amy got the early buyers a group discount and was checking to see if we could get that carried over for later purchasers.
Yes, I was still planning on calling for more tickets at the group rate if there is still interest. Otherwise, peeps can just go for whatever they want in little groups. Just let me know soon people.

I'd like to pick up a cheaper one if it's still possible Amy, otherwise I'll just get one through the site. Or even at the door, it doesn't look likely to sell out beforehand. Let me know if you have any luck with them. (:

Just another data point: I decided to stay at the Hilton, where I know a lot of Nutters are, after all - got a big point bonus for upgrading my HHonors credit card (to Surpass, which is 9:1 on stays at Hilton - like I wouldn't jump at the opportunity). Was able to use the windfall for a couple of free nights. I did book two paid nights, though: AAA rate was $140, obviously much more than Priceline but way cheap for a Cat 5 or 6 Hilton which could easily be charging $269.

FYI. Remember to use the AAA code if you book and if you can get your hands on a AAA number. I'd volunteer mine if I weren't gonna be using it. 8)

One more thought: Maybe I ought to do a La Jolla design for our totally unofficial Stewpid store over on Cafepress:

http://www.cafepress.com/Stewpid

Anybody interested? I'm also glad to upload whatever artwork someone else wants as an option on a shirt. But since we're an unpaid Cafepress store, they'll only let us put one design on each shirt they offer at a time - X design on white tee, Y design on black tee, Z design on ballcap, etc.

Note to Gio or various SC management: Of course we will not do this if it creates a problem. Just say the word. But as SC himself has been known to autograph our modest fan offerings, it seems like he's not too PO'd about us making 'em.
On Google - site:stewartcopeland.net "your keyword here" - thanks DM!!

First of all, THANK YOU Amy for all the help in coordinating the group tickets, etc. I'm sure you have already received much accolades but seriously thanks!

For me, looks rather slim in the chance department but if something gives and I end up going it will be last minute and thus I don't want anyone stuck holding tickets on account of my maybe-ass. I'll just show up and see what the box office has, etc. The seat-of-the-pants approach seems to suit me <grin>

Miss you all terribly, if it were for want alone, I'd be there...

Thanks for all your good wishes about me coming.

Contrary to what has been announced, I suspect the Maestro will in fact play all 4 of his pieces, Kaya and Retail Therapy included.

Still sad that it is only 4 songs.
