I just was walking by the Wilma Theater last night and went OMGWTF when I saw the posters advertising this:

Then I went to the website and went even more WTF...it's like, live mash-ups of classical, show tunes and rock music? You be the judge:

I'm equal parts utterly horrified and completely fascinated. There's supposed to be a Police song in the show as well.

Is anyone else crazy enough to want to see this with me before the run ends? We can get sufficiently liquored up beforehand, if necessary...

I didn't know what to think of this, but when I heard their version of Every Little Thing... oh man. I know people have their own ideas of re-arranging songs and I usually try to give them a chance, but this is awful. I have no idea why they combined it with that other song and thought it would work...it just sounds so odd.

Well, I will likely go by myself or with vespa just for the trainwreck factor if nothing else...it's (reasonably) cheap and it's local, what can I say.
