GABRIELE SANDRI

GABRIELE SANDRI

Postby invisible on 15 Jul 2009 07:14

I know the rules of this forum, like other sites; but sometimes there are some arguments that are important, more important of other, because they would be important for each of us; because Gabriele Sandri could be Maurizio, Giovanni, Amy, Paola, Kate, Mary, Johnny, and so on;
In those year I have known here many people, with every social position, political ideas, age, country and I think that this event could be interesting to understand what kind of justice there is here in Italy.
Anyway if the moderator think that this topic it's not related with this forum obviously he can delete it.
11 november 2007: A1 highway from Milano to Naples in a station service two different groups (eight persons at all ) of football supporters meet themselves and there are some little problems in the parking area (three minutes of stupid songs and a little fighting between two of them). They resolved themselves this but on the other part of the highway there was another starion area where there was a Police car with two policemen. One of them take his gun and he shoot with it through the highway . In one of the car of the two group of supporters on the other side of the highway there was a boy who is sleeping after an hard night of work ( he was one of the most famous dj in Rome and well-known in Italy too) . He died in that car. His name is Gabriele Sandri. There were 5 witness that saw the policeman on the part of the highway take his gun with both hands and he shooted.
After almost 2 years yesterday judges have read the sentence: 6 years, but with all the articles of law this policeman will not enter in prison for 1 day yet.
This is the justice in Italy! We all think that is a shame. There is no justice for Gabbo, his nickname.
I'm sorry if I can't explain better how was the crime scene but my english is poor.
Anyway here in Rome usually we close program radio and every speech about Gabriele in this way:
"a kiss to the sky, for Gabriele"
He was a friend.... Maurizio
Thank you to everyone of you and I excuse me for this extra topic on this forum.

Sure this is the right place to discuss important issues like this one, no problem.

My idea is that if you consider him guilty, go on with the maximum of the years...
if you think he is not guilty, go on with a total achievement of this case, with not even one day in prison.
Considering they found him guilty....
I'm sorry for his family and friends: they lost a son, a brother, a dear friend, a dj...too bad it went this way!

What does it mean Dietmar? No political comments please.
I didn't choose Berlusconi, not even Socrates or I want Durão Barroso for EU president again, even if goes with Geldof for irish pubs, blame the world, it's better and political correct.

Hi guys,
first of all, I want to thank you everyone who read my words and everyone who wanted to leave their important comment here.
A thank you to Giovanni who permitted to me to write about it, that is not properly a right argument of this forum.
Anyway I don't want to treat this argument from a political point of view , because politic does not exist for me.
Liberal and democratic parties are the same thing, they speak the same languages. I think that there are only enormous economic powers. It's not important their flags, because they are the same persons. Right and left, black and white are only old divisions that doesn't exist anymore... for me obviously. But this is not the site to speak about it. And thanks God we have our GREEN FLAG!
Thanks again to everyone of you.
A KISS TO THE SKY AND TO GABRIELE, MY FRIEND... CIAO.
Maurizio

>Liberal and democratic parties are the same thing

Exactly, I totally agree with you my friend.
I keep on asking myself: why in 30 or more years of different politicians at the government NOTHING has changed and the problems are ALWAYS the same???
Very simple: whoever goes 'up there' has definitely NO intention to really CHANGE something.
Listen to the lyrics of some protest songs from the Sixties or the Seventies, or songs of daily life problems from our singers from those day...they can be PERFECT for today as well....NOTHING has changed.
I have tried to give my vote to the ones I thought could do something in all these years; I have no problems in admitting that I have tried the left party as well as the right party...but no solutions at all, nothing.
I have a chance to vote and I vote trying to understand what could be better for this country, but everytime I tell myself: 'Let me vote for the less worse....' and this is not good.

Yeah, you're right, Giovanni!
The less worse, il meno peggio, are the words of too many people in Italy and as you said it's not good!
Anyway, maybe we are for this cause, maybe because this is an happy island with happy people.

This is a tragedy. But in this country this is normal, usual.
We have a lot of situation like this, and Gabriele is not the first and he will not be the last one.
It is not right to die so, and I can't to imagine the pain.
Ciao
