What software are you using?
If your program has a wizard, you just need to create a DVD-Video project. Essentially, it creates two folders on the disc:
VIDEO_TS
AUDIO_TS
Put all of the files (.bup, .ifo, .vob) into the VIDEO_TS folder (not the .txt one, though). Nothing goes into the AUDIO_TS folder.
Burn the disc (slower is recommended, like 6X), finalize (should be automatic).
You're done, enjoy.
P.S. You may need to stop torrenting the files while you burn the disc. Sometimes the client will keep an odd .tmp file in the folder while it runs, and stopping the torrent itself makes it go away.
