Perhaps, no one from Stewart's team is sending them the information to post. Haven't there been posts, long ago, about missed opportunities to see him perform that he replied to, in essence, saying that he wasn't that focused on getting the word out beforehand? I'll try to find the link reference and add it.

AND, here it is, although not quite as on point as I remembered.

I think this is the most likely reason.

Thanks plutonic - I didn't know there was a term for it. I think Hanlon's razor may be even more useful than Occam's in the modern world.

Or Chatchka's razor, which obliquely supports Sockii's earlier statement.

Never attribute to malice that which can be attributed to laziness.

Seriously, my earlier point wasn't to make any particular statement about conspiracy theorists, or the fact that everyone is out to get me.

Wait, now seriously. I work in the communications field. One of my roles is to be the editor of a monthly publication. (Don't ever agree to this sort of task because it sucks a whole damn lot.) The people that send me their materials proactively, which makes my life easier, are more likely to get published than those whom I must hunt down to get their content. It is the basis for my razor rule above because the editing gig is only part of my responsibilities -- I have plenty to do without chasing articles and press releases. Content contributors come to me all the time complaining that their content didn't make the cut. I always tell them that if they want it published they have two intertwined responsibilities. (1) Send it to me (2) before the monthly deadline.

I'm not trying to start debate or argument, or point fingers at anyone. My earlier post was merely an observation that I'm sharing. I also "get" that mine isn't the same as a web administrator's job. Additionally, I get paid for what I do, so probably have less passion about my work than those who, gratis (or nearly so), run these wonderful fan sites. Love and respect to all.

Ok, your various theories may hold water. Buuuttt, my take is it's those Sting Girls who have their collective noses out of joint at all the Stewart Girls about all the reciprocal love that was flowing during Tourzilla. They're holding it against our man  (I keeed, but seriously grow up!!)

OR

The powers that be over at TP.com just don't give a flying fock about Stewbie and only included him in the first place because he's part of the package deal. (And for God's sake we know no one would've shown Andy any love if we hadn't made an effort!)
