Going to the link I gave in the first post of this thread. Scroll down the page and you'll find a link called podcasts. Click on that and they list all the shows chronologically and say you can download an mp3. And that's where one of you guys who do this sort of thing all the time takes over while I sit here and say "Huh?"


BB, when scrolling down the above-mentioned page, I noticed that Dave Matthews is listed as an upcoming guest on Q. Just thought you'd like to know. As I'm usually clueless about most everything, it's beyond strange to be telling YOU what's going on in the CBC building. (I understand they'll be getting a new variety of danish in the CBC cafeteria next week too.)

Thanks for the podcast link. Andy's interview starts around 19:40 & ends around 39:25. It's a good interview. He gives answers melding photography & musical references.

Sorry for the threadjack but I'm sure Bongo and probably Spec A would like to know about this.
The Dave Matthew's interview is already up on the Q site in its uncut form. The interview is to be aired on the radio sometime in the near future. However, it looks like it was recorded Friday. I only listened to a few minutes of it so far but it's really good stuff for the die hard fans. On Q's main site you'll find the link to Q uncut and the interview.

BB, I hope I ain't spooking you too much with all this info about your workplace. I'm not normally this nosey. But I'm a rabid CBC listener proud to show off what great stuff you guys produce on such a limited budget. Plus, Jian's kind of hot.

I am just a little ticked that when you help someone earnestly they can't even talk to you about it for 2 minutes. I don't expect to get a heads up for everything but c'mon, I could have had a chit chat and hand a CD to Dave M.

Dave Matthews has been a huge influence on me recently, not so much stylisticly, but attitude and that I don't care what you think vibe. I have to learn that ...right DM ?

anyway, back to the topic. I am gonna check Q on youtube right now for Andy and Dave.

I have become a huge Ralph Gibson fan now, I would like to have a pint with that guy. That is the attitude to have at that age, still and evermore...an artist.
