Here's the bit with Andy: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=attdIMuW ... annel_page as well as Jesse and Billy's fleet-footed duet about spanking.

Hard as I try, I just can't look away.

ETA: Actually here's a link to the set: http://www.youtube.com/user/Corrupt5358

Thanks, cillae. My day needed this.

This would get well with lots of food and drinks and also with the dress rehearsal of the Cask of Amontillado that I've seen on video. Perhaps at this year's nutter Christmas party.

WT merry F?!?!?

the sheriff looks like gordo!

ed tudor pole (swords of a thousand men & sex pistols) playing the mean dude at the start of act3.

rik mayall?!?! never seen him 'singing' before, maybe they hit it off when filing The Young One's....

how the hell did i miss this?

BIG thanks for sharing/finding......

love "strange things" at the end......

and, DM, i think it's Gina Bellman as Rita (the one in red, huh?). she was in Dennis Potters' "blackeyes" which caused the tabloids in britain to get all crusading in a kind of "ban this filth" type way while, of course, using pictures of the scantily clad Gina in the copy frequently; just so we didn't miss what we should be disgusted and appalled at... then again, as a 15 year old boy with a TV in my room; i loved it! ahem....

Apologies, smax -- when I mentioned the bar wench(ish), I hadn't realized (though that was clearly stupid of me) that there would be an actual bar/saloon scene in the piece. I was watching clips out of order. Entirely my bad on the ambiguity.

I was referring to the blue-dressed, barefooted woman in the scene where Jesse James is so rudely murdering the flower pots: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Z2Z2rALN3U . He calls said woman "Rita" and "bitch." (Though I think "yeah, babe" (my personal fave) is aimed at Gina Bellman's character. Kinda hard to tell though.) That particular drink-pouring wench, though you can't see her face, just seems familiar.

It took me a while to figure out, but I finally realized that I recognized Bellman from Coupling (the UK version, not the shit US version, of course).

I'm kind of speechless. But, just kind of. First, let me get this out of the way. Stewart with beard is totally thunkworthy.

Second, as if I wasn't already impressed with his talent, this just pushes me over yet another edge. This was so incredibly witty and creative, even in the bits and pieces that I saw, that I'm (once again) dumbfounded at his talent. Damn. Just, damn.

(Stewart, Just wondering if you could grow a beard for LaJolla please?)

Horse Opera Sound Butcher!

Postby jeffseitz on 23 May 2009 18:09

ETA: I'd like to know who is playing Rita the bar wench(ish). And whose legs (in boots and a butcher's apron?) keep appearing behind SC in the lounge chair, but only in the shots from the front.

I was the butcher in the pool scene and was carving up a dead carcass! I was recruited to be the butcher on the day, so the crew bestowed the title of Sound Butcher on me as I was the recording engineer for the Opera out in Tucson and elsewhere. Unfortunately the boots and apron are the only parts of me that made the cut!
You can find the credits on IMDB.com
