Copelandia has two birthdays happening on Thursday the 21st, and since it's now Thursday somewhere in the world, I thought I'd kick off the birthday wishes, beginning with the nutter who appeared first in the world chronologically.
A very happy smthixtyfmth birthday to a man who needs no introduction but will get one anyway: musician, merrymaker, miscreant, knave, picaroon, heretic, rascal, rogue, scalawag, scoundrel, and storyteller extraordinaire, Jeff Seitz.
Happy birthday, young man. Hope your smthixtyfmth year is full of liquor, laughter, and life. I'm not 100% sure, but I think you may now qualify to legally kill a man with your bare hands.

Wooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!! For some reason, I still find it hard to believe that stjeff is actually older than Stewart. I guess it's because my bosses have always been older than me.

I'm here to tell ya. living in LA has its definite perks. One has been getting to hang with Jeff more, meeting his dish of a wife, and hearing HIM play the kit.
Jeff's party was smokin'! Monday, i think Jeff had as much fun behind the kit as ever!
You are definitely not getting older, you're getting BETTER!
The more I hear Jeff play live, the more I think:
"Stewart, maybe you weren't conscious of doing something special with the hi hat cause you learned it from Jeff."

Seriously guys, I don't think it's a master/servant deal. It's s symbiotic relationship. One keeps the other on TRACK (click track pun intended).
