"Stewart did not speak to me about the future of The Police. But, and I think this is common knowledge, He and Sting did not respect each other. There were some phone calls to Stewart by Sting during our work together. Out of courtesy to Stewart, I would excuse myself and my staff from the Control Room when this happened. I can say that it usually took several hours for Stewart to focus again on his work."
