Panel: Andy Summers, Ralph Gibson, Danny Clinch@Toronto-June

Grace sent me the link to this... I'm hoping to go with my own drummer fella if I can stash the kids somewhere for a few hours. LL, I plan on meeting up with Grace there, can you contact me at some point so that I can catch up with you too?

I've had yet another email catastrophe but this time the aliens ate my entire computer. I'm on a newer one and survived the fallout, but lost most of my contacts plus the info from my emails. If you're on Facebook we can connect that way too :) I've got my cell number and related shtuff there as well.

Anyway, it's so amazing to be celebrating my Flagiversary and making plans to see you guys again! :) Hope you are all doing well!

Hey, sameol'! Welcome back. I'm glad you'll be attending the Andy thing at the AGO. I'll get in touch with you via Grace and we can make some solid plans.

BB, Ska Man, care to join the party?

And alex, are you out there?

And how about the ever mysterious Max Taffey?

Ah, but I wouldn't be mysterious if I confirmed attendance, would I? Kidding. I've got to wait a bit to see if I can make it.

And lilrock, you made it to NYC, didn't you? But Toronto is the "moon"? Come on!

Just think Lilrock. If you come to Toronto, you'd be able to see Andy and the whole of the '82 bathtub interview that can only be accessed in Canada. That's the one where they have to end the interview because Andy no longer had enough bubbles to provide sufficient coverage.

I made the trip from Toronto to Savannah when my girls were toddlers and I didn't even pack a space suit. C'mon, it's ANDEEEEEEEEE we're talking about!

Plus, with the exchange rate right now, your American dollars are worth a lot here.

ETA: Mother's Day is just around the corner. E, wouldn't a little trip up North make a way cool gift for the way coolest Mom around?

It's great to see so many people have tickets in hand already for this event. (Yay team but booo Ticketmaster!)

How many of you would like to go for lunch afterwards? After having discussions with Grace, I'm suggesting we try The Village Idiot Pub. It's right across the street from the AGO and has a good selection of beer and moderately priced pub fare. I went there for lunch one Saturday afternoon a while ago and enjoyed it a great deal. Unfortunately though, I discovered that they do not offer discounts to you if you insist that the place is named after you. If you act too much like it is named after you, they may even ask you to leave.
Check it out and let me know what you think.

And let's start a list. We like lists here.

I firmly resolve that I kinda intend to meet up with Nutters after the AGO (Andy Gallery of Ontario) event at an eating establishment that may or may not be The Village Idiot Pub.

Yays! We got our tickets in the mail yesterday, and I've got full-fledged child care for the day (although they might flake out at the last minute, in which case I'm screwed). Finger Snappin' Mad and I will be there bright and early but we aren't sure yet about the pub.

BB, SOOO glad you and your girl are going to come! And CD'A, will you be attached as well? I haven't heard from alex in a very long time but if someone hasn't alerted him to a Nutter Factory forming in the city proper I can try and contact him. I can also drop a line to Skaman, but I suspect at least one of you has already gotten in touch with both of these guys.

I am anti-list on Saturdays, but tomorrow you can add me.

Just a quick update, from my end anyway...

I got an email a few minutes ago that my own Drummerguy has a gig that same night at the Opera House. I don't know that anyone would be interested in going to that as well, as a sort of darkened-but-loud Konvention, but if so let me know and I'll fill you in on the details. The Opera House is an AWESOME venue -- I saw the Wolfgang Press from the balcony there -- so if you've never been, here's your chance.

You can contact me through the info on my Facebook page, or through email.

Really looking forward to seeing you guys again!

Just a little mid-week bump. We still have time to plan for this but it would be nice to have a better idea of numbers and a consensus on a meeting place for after the event. Buttercup, are you and your guy in for sure?

My original list had an ommision. Here's the revised version.

1. luddite lady
1.5. The Boy
2. Grace

There's no need to fear about having the young one in our midst. Last year The Boy hung out with DM, smudge and poliicerule in a hotel bar after the Buffalo gig. He was also at Fat Annie's before the MSG finale. The lad is now well beyond corruption.
