Right, if you need another bod to get the group discount, count me in. If I don't make it, I can always flog the ticket to another deserving bod.

But damn if I'm not seriously considering building a SoCal tour around this very date. :P

It's also official that the Nutters have seats reserved for the show!! YAY!
This little summerfest thing they have in La Jolla is quite popular!

But, never fear Nutters, The Man will have no problem finding our happy little group! :D

Hey Amy, I'll email you about this in a sec - to which Paypal addy do we direct funds for our tickets? I don't want you having to pay interest on the deposit all summer.

Larissa, if there's any way I can help you track down discount plane tickets, you let me know. Not sure about MEL, but Delta just started running the LAX-SYD route, which ought to mean prices become slightly more reasonable.
On Google - site:stewartcopeland.net "your keyword here" - thanks DM!!

Hey if anyone can shoot me some info on hotels or if you want to room with me whatever in my email so I can start planning ahead...like I always do... :D (remember instore..I was there 2 days early...lol)

Thanks much appreciated.

I am going to go insane that week...24 Aug is the first day back at school for the kids, and Erins 5th birthday is the 25th. Ugh.

so planning ahead is required...no wait...sanity oh I dont know anymore....

Thanks Dive, we also have Virgin now flying to LA from here, so at last Qantas/Air NZ/United no longer have the triopoly (if that's even a word :P) on the AU/LAX route. Prices have in some cases halved since Branson put his toe in the pond. About bloody time, it was cheaper to fly to London than the US in most cases.
