At the risk of being a wet blanket here, perhaps such currently private information as the cover photo should not be shared online? The publisher has, after all, chosen not to post the cover, and neither has Stewart. We may not be talking about the codes to the nuclear silos, but we are talking about non-public info -- and as we've all learned, Stewart's private little site ain't.

I think it's a bit too much for anyone but us to figure out anyway, don't you? I mean, it took me all of 2 minutes to fin...what? I didn't say anything!
