My flight is supposed to arrive at 5 pm tomorrow afternoon. I have to work half a day, because I'm still backed up from taking off earlier this week. But I'm going in early enough when no one is around to bug me, so I will probably get more done in half a day tomorrow than I do on a normal day. Hopefully, my flight out will be like when I came out there a few weeks ago and I'll get in 15 minutes early. I booked a car through alamo which is supposed to have a speedy kiosk check-in, especially since I'll have all carry on luggage and won't have to wait for that. So I should hopefully get there between 5:30-6:00 pm.

Anyone heard from Dive? She should be getting there and checked into her hotel right about now.

Whoops! Sorry folks, I'm in Lalaland and have just been running around with Dietmar and dinner with Meg. So far we had a whirlwind tour of the Hollywood sign, Beverly Hills and Santa Monica.

I have to say that I didn't have any expectations when I came to LA.
But now I LOVE it!

special thanks to the Drivemistress of the Dark as I will call her from now on
it feels like I've seen everything within just two days just because she was so kind drive to drive me around all the time

actually I think the city is a little bigger and there's still stuff to see
so even if there's still two days left I have to come back here at some point to get to know the city better in more detail
