The Joint at the Hard Rock Casino sucks as a venue-

Yoohoo, EQ - it was Abe Laboriel Jr drumming for Paul on 19th April -

Paul was great as always - but the remodeled Joint was downright amateurish in how they managed crowds and the gig itself - all because it's in a casino and it was all about how everything looked - overly hostile
security confiscating signs and bags and hassling people not to
dance (i kid you not) but urging people to wave lighters in the
air only from the sitting position in the balconies, hassling the
handicapped down front, setting off overly heavy pyrotechnics that clouded the stage in thick smoke for the last third of the show, and finally,
laughably, dousing the front row in confetti a full three minutes
after Paul had already left the stage and was halfway back to his
hotel-
Amazingly he has signed a contract to do four more gigs at this
same crap venue in the next two years , so there wil be more chances to see him there , but i will sure take a pass on The Joint and
cross my fingers for a UK tour with the internal organs Ill place on
Ebay to be able to afford to get there....!!!
