This happened in 93
I had an awesome collection of Vinyl from the 60's to the 90's that was a bit from my Dads collection, my brothers and my own collection. I moved and they went with me. I had a friend tell me that he would keep an eye out for them a day or two until my new apartment got the lock fixed, so no one would break in and steal my record collection. You name it I had it. From Hendrix to Cream, UFO, Doors, cheech and chong.... all the way to 90's OMG...his ex wife now was a freaking schiztoprenic and literally tossed out my 75 + record collection in the back of their place in a nasty ass polluted pond. :shock:

in the middle of the night. She was looking at one of the covers and it set her off. We did not know she was a freaking nut job.

I was not allowed to retrieve the records as per management and the county health dept.

I wasnt so upset about my records or my brothers. I was mostly upset about my dads part of the collection. My brother passed them on to me after my dad died in 77. I still hurt from that one.

I feel your pain Girl. Hope you find them.

Holy crap on a cracker Bets, I feel your pain. I had that same gut-dropping nauseous feeling when my first mac went tits-up and I lost everything. It's horrible.
