Vote for team name for MIF Safe in the Sun Walk

Postby samburusunset on 12 Feb 2009 17:25

Eyoh!
It's time to register our team for the Melanoma Int'l Foundation Safe in the Sun walk. The name that garnered the most, such as it is, support is Nutters For Life. So, all in favor vote 'Aye.' All opposed vote, 'Nay.'
Speak now or forever hold your peace.

Let's do this by Saturday, 2/14. I'll get us registered and the donations can start. We can also get crackin' on our t-shirt design.

*Non-walkers can vote too! We need all kinds of support.*

Great name gang. I love it. I saw an idea for putting names on sleeves. I like that Idea too. Lauries on one sleeve and Leroy on the other. (I think that is the idea discussed on a thread somewhere if I remember correctly)

Team name sounds good to me.

Thanks to all for the well wishes and support. I'm now a week post-surgery and on the mend. Was a tough one this time around, but I'm hopeful that no more treatment will be necessary. Will have to wait until after a meeting with specialists on March 18th.

Thanks again everyone.
