The Silence of the Stew

Forgive me, Gio, but I.don't.buy.it.
Nice try, though.
A year and a half on tour almost w/out speaking and he has NOTHING to say?

He said he would tell us many things, in his penultimate post, dated August 9th. Yes he was hungover but NOT drunk.

I still think there is a nice clause in the Treaty of Versailles Amendments preventing him from posting another "Disaster gig" thread. Or something similar, which would explain also the "edits" in both US and UK versions of the Spectacle.

Those who were there know what I mean. And why most of the interview space left, was, of course Werewolf in Paris'.

He's too busy laughing his ass off at all our posts about Sting's hair and beard.

I wish, my dear, I wish. Though I'm sure he had his chuckles, I think he must have seen Sting in all kinds of weird looks in all this time.

I think that in this case what applies is "if you don't have anything good to say, don't say anything".

TOWOS m'dear, if there was ever a gagging order, given the army of legal eagles involved you have to figure it would have been in place before the tour started. I mean, EVERYONE has seen Fight Club, right? Even entertainment business lawyers.

And the First Rule of Fight Club definitely isn't "Nobody talks about Fight Club. Allowable exclusions to this clause are postings on public web forums, providing always that such postings shall be limited to taking the piss out of a Fight Club night that ends up being more like Duck Soup. For the purposes of this clause 'taking the piss' shall be defined according to English Common Law, and 'Duck Soup' shall be defined as an irreverent but not libelous representation of any party or parties to this agreement." :-)

In other words, the first rule of Fight Club is that Stewart likes to watch.
Dramatic highlights & a unique musical cosmos. Guaranteed.

I think I mention AMENDMENTS. I have 4 years of legal practice. A "Treaty" (Agreement) usually sports the sentence "and subsequent modifications/amendments and/or addenda". Which means that it is drawn up at one point, but new rules can always be added and are immediately enforced...

And no, I didn't finish seeing Fight Club. Disgusting movie (even Ed Norton could not redeem it in my eyes).

<crank> You kids and your kooky lingo. Why, back in my day...</crank>

Who the hell knows. Maybe he's writing responses to all our posts and one day we'll log on here, and he'll have written one big post 100 pages long.

You just can't know, but like y'all I figure he's busy. I also figure whatever he's working on up in that damned tower, it'll be worth the wait.

I don't mean this as condescendingly as it probably will sound, given the nature of this medium, but...patience, grasshoppers...you gotta figure he's gonna get one chance to capitalize on all the post-Tourzilla buzz, and he's gonna try to make the most of it.
