That desire for anonymity I can totally understand and respect.

I'm still protesting against his colorist, though.
Dramatic highlights & a unique musical cosmos. Guaranteed.

[quote="TOWOS"] I know that posting here would have been a waste of time, but if your ideal man is a werewolf in a see-through shirt, hey, who am I to say anything...

Sadly though I think the "Obvious Dye Job Is Painfully Obvious" only makes him look older.

Never thought I'd rather see the blond head and gray beard look again...

Anonymity? With an Edwardian coat and a see-through shirt?

I don't mind the scruff and even the disco Stew shirt...

...men shouldn't color their hair.

He looked way more cool to me with the grey.

I have grey in my beard and dying it would make me feel really creepy.

Stingo is still cool to me, I don't think of fashion when I hear that wicked bassline he does on Synch II...just bass n drums Baby !

I have to go now....I have a lot of buttons to do up on my shirt here at work.

I don't have a problem with men - or anyone - coloring their hair if the job's done well. Gong knows I've been going gray since I was 25 and would seriously look like the Bride of Frankenstein if I didn't put some color in myself.

And I generally think Andy's hair coloring looks smashing.

Sting's, though, looks like crap right now and there's no two ways about it. It's not natural looking and it doesn't complement his looks at all. I actually think he could look like a sexy mofo with it all gray right now, like Stew's, and/or I thought he looked great in some of the promo pics from "The Voice" where it was a more natural looking color.

This simply ends up looking like a $10 bottle job from CVS chosen at random. Maybe it's just a fresh dye job that needs a couple days to bleed out and calm down, but in the mean time...oy. Not good. Not good at all.

HA! Actually, Mr. DMD does not have a long thin face. He's just hella smart and pretty passionate, two things I like in a man (along with a killer record collection.) Here's his Facebook photo, if yer curious...

ETA: Holy mother of Baal! It's Baleful Eyeball!

Wow. OK, now I'm really wondering about my own sanity...I'm feeling feverish, may go lie down now...

;)

Oh, and before I crap out: I'm growing the dye out of my own hair now...so the next time some of you see me I may be rocking, well, a lot more white. (Premature grey/white/whatever runs in my family.) Red dye is a PITA to maintain and I've been getting a lot of exercise - and washing my hair a lot - lately. Also, just got tired of painting chemicals onto my head.

It's already looking a little comical, with the red a couple inches away from my scalp these days. Had been hoping the white would come in like a cool skunk stripe, but no dice.
On Google - site:stewartcopeland.net "your keyword here" - thanks DM!!

Dive, PRule, add me to your Sutherland fan club. I've had a thing for Donald since I was a kid and I don't get it. When you really look at him, his quite an unhansome man, but he has this strange appeal. Sutherland Jr., on the other hand, I can explain. He's got a lot more obvious yumminess going on than his dad.
In Dallas, the only game that really mattered was in the word gamelan.
