I'm no 'smartie,' but I'll Tivo it, MP4ize and then Gigasize. Shouldn't take too long.

I'm still way behind on burning DVDs for *ahem* another project, but I'll make a few for others to help copy if needed.

I have it on DVR, I don't know how to put it on CD...

But...this article shows that I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE...(and, I am not the author either...)

Like Bets pointed out:

"At several points during the separate interviews with members Andy Summers, Stewart Copeland and Sting, there's the urge to wake them up (Summers), put them in restraints (Copeland), and slap their smug face (Sting)....It's a small stage (the smallest they figure they've played in 30 years), but it doesn't feel very intimate. It might be due to there being two drummers, two bass players, two guitarists along with keyboards, and a lot of ego on stage mucking up the sparse sound of The Police and Costello's heyday."

That part about waking, restraining and slapping is a PERFECT description of what was on stage that day!
I could be replaced by any bright spark.

I live in a beach hut in England and as well as having an internet connection so slow that it would be quicker to walk to most sites I also have a bad TV signal.

The signals are effected by tide, weather, boats going past etc so when I wanted to watch Spectacle that night it was a no go. :(

Living in a British beach hut is a beautiful thing until you want to watch something on the box. The only electrical things that work without fail are my washing machine, fridge, and my DVD player.

Can anyone help me see Spectacle?

Happy to pay postage or whatever.

Need something to cheer me up because it's damned cold and I don't mind telling you, my assets are quite frozen! :D

I would, but with your Internet connection it would take you a lifetime to download it (I have it in digital format, but Pando works in a few minutes only if you have a hi-speed connection)

TWOS thank you for the thought but you're quite right, it does take a lifetime to download anything!

If it wasn't so beautiful here then I would move to somewhere that I could have a landline and broadband. x

Alternate Dive/Direct Dive

I am, but for some reason it never has the result I had hoped. The version of the show I have is FLV, which is pretty high quality. Maybe the discs aren't up to the same standard.

Man, that's a bitch (paperwork), Mr. T. and I have spent the last day of "vacation" doing our Inc. paperwork and we didn't get to half of it...All my sympathy! 8)
