YES! I saw them, too and I was so proud! Not to be like a snotty teenager, but I was so happy they interviewed two people from OUR crew and not Sting.com!! I know, childish. What can I say? I'm 14 years old again anyway from seeing The Police!!

Divemistress was the woman with reddish hair and glasses called Jean. She looked exactly as I had imagined her to look!

even though I did not get in, I was great watching Nicole and Jean getting interviewed live. I am having a blast. I met Omaha Perez as well and he is awesome, too. Outlandos girl and all the other sting.com people were great people with whom to hang and I do not regret making the trip out here despite not getting in (i knew the risks and it was well worht it).

Yep, that was me :D I got interviewed about 5 times this morning before & after the show and made sure to mention sc.net every time! Hey, gotta give thanks where thanks is due. I was Number 1 in the line up to get in (arriving at about 6:30 this morning) so I was an "easy" and quite willing target for the media.

I have to calm down enough to write up a real report, but suffice to say, this was probably the best day of my life. :D :D :D

Let me just add if I had boobs and were a dress, I would surely have gotten in as there were people fitting that description who didn't have tickets that got in. I'm not a bittter man. I swear it.

Hee hee heeeee! Busted! Yep, it was me and sockii, very nearly out of our minds with excitement about an hour before the promoters finally let us into the Whisky.

Y'all, I am so tired I'm about to die - we all got up at 5 AM this morning to make sure we got a good spot in line - and it turned out to be totally worth it.

*Sock and I were right in front of Andy on the front row!!!!!!!!* It was the most amazing thing you've ever seen! They were so wonderful! I only had eyes for Stewart...I had forgotten how great he is on the kit - but I spent some time watching Andy's fingers, too, just to see how he plays those awesome chords. Sting did a wonderful job as well, and there was a lot of fun back and forth between the guys, which you've doubtless all seen by now on the Internet feed.

There's more - a lot more, but we just drove all over town in crazy L.A. traffic trying to find a place to get online, and I need some caffeine! I'm still with Conroy and Sockii, and we've spent the last couple of days getting to know people from the other websites and just hanging out at the Backstage.

We know you were all with us in spirit. Sock in particular did a bunch of interviews with various media outlets, in which she made special mention of SC.net...but I've forgotten to tell you the best part!!

We were all kind of hanging around the stage door after the show, in time to see the top of Sting's head as he burst from the venue, then Andy scuttled out...but who stuck around to sign autographs for the fans? Well, I don't think you have to wonder very long. I did get a quick second to ask if Stewart's going to be able to start that new thread now that he has something to say (got a big smile at that one) and to thank him for everything before he was off.

I am going to be on cloud nine for a week. I was just telling a friend of our group over at Backstage how wonderful it is not only to enjoy Stewart's wonderful artistic endeavours, but now I feel like I've made some real friends from this to boot.

And now the *real* fun begins...which dates? Who's going? Who's opening? I can hardly wait.

p.s. No news on Everyone Stares, the Sequel, but I suppose we'll find out soon enough.

More later, if I can get on a connection that isn't slow and horrible. But let me tell you that you will so, so not be disappointed. :) :) DotD

I haven't been here that long, but when I heard you guys mention sc.net, I was thinking, "Hell, yeah! Awesome!" I guess I was living vicariously through you all.

I'm having a hard time concentrating on work today, even though the show's been over for hours.
