Edmonton?? Giovanni, can you help?

Gio? Anyone? The Edmonton Sun article this morning said Edmonton was going to get a show. There's also a CBC article from more recently (after the press conference) that says "a show in Edmonton is expected to be announced in the next few weeks"...

Can I take that "expected" as "assured"? I need to know before a few weeks from now, because I need to know whether or not I need to travel to Vancouver and get tickets this week!!

Any other Edmontonians sharing my dillemma? Should I just assume there's no Edmonton show and go to Vancouver, or hold out and wait for an "expected" Edmonton show??

ok well thepolicetour.com was down due to high traffic, and it's back and i see that one of the articles says "Additional North American concert dates in Chicago, Columbus, Detroit, Edmonton, Hartford, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, Philadelphia, Tampa, San Francisco's Bay Area, Minneapolis/St. Paul and the Washington/Baltimore area will be announced in the next few weeks."

So please DISREGARD this message. I can rest easy knowing I can see The Police in Edmonton!!!

Sorry but the only confirmed dates are the ones you see posted on the news, probably because no officiality can be done to all of the other concerts involved in the tour; I am receiving tons of messages from Italy for concerts in Italy but unless they are not stated on the news here and on thepolicetour.com, sting.com, andysummers.com I can't absolutely give any kind of help; I post them when I receive them (or at least when I am allowed from The Police management).
