'dead end job' on my notpod at work......

LOVIN' the bassline and the fill into the second verse (dum, da-dum, da-dum dum takadaka).... oooh, here we go, "don't want no dead end job, tambourines..." "store keeper required, responsible and methodical person required to operate and control small stores in new malden engineering works...." "burger and sausage cook required at the happy eater..."

I like Dead End Job..that bit is hard to understand..and I was always curious if Sting was saying that...and you confirmed it. Thanks Smax. So I hear it correctly good.

I am listening to EUROPE (OMG..dont go into complete meltdown cuz its not STEWART or Police..lol) j/k.

Europe Start from the Dark is a pretty powerful album. I remember when they came to LA in 05 and I got front row at House of Blues. I parked right in front of John Norum cuz Joey would have seen me faint otherwise. (He is one HOT 'N SEXY SWEDE...<fans self>)
They open their first song and John came out of 9 stacked marshalls like a sonic boom. Almost blew my eardrums. The kind sound teck saw me cover my ears and ran and got me some better earplugs cuz the crap ones I had were no help. (cotton balls)

I am listening to Strings of Desire by Andy Summers and Victor Biglione. Very good and soothing. More diverse music than thier Splendid Brazil, which is also very good.
SC-There are a few crazy people on this planet. Sure sign of that is that they kinda like my music

I am listening to a bonus CD I got for pre-ordering Fallout 3 an awesome PS3 game.

It's has 3 really old tunes from the 30's. "Set the World on Fire" is one tune.

Wicked seen.

Tricky's new album "Knowle West Boy" and Martina Topley-Bird (yes, she who is on the stew anthology)'s new album "blue god": both ridiculously good.....

and 'don't stand 86"... i don't think i've listened to that song since it came out, now i'm used to the derrangements and jo publik's stuff i assumed it was some recent remix that had popped up on my notpod, i got all the way to the first verse without realising it was a poleeece original!!

i had to listen to it about 4 times.... there are some good moments; gordo's vox at the start reprising 'roxanne' and 'can't stand losing you', some great programming from stewart (glass is half full) and a blinding solo from andy....

Sara Bareilles: http://www.vh1.com/video/play.jhtml?art ... vid=187970

I love her whole Album, "Little Voice." Cute, pop songs, but she writes her own music and plays the piano. Talented.
