The most important newspaper of PERU "El Comercio" published today their monday edition with THE POLICE on front cover!!! Yeah THE FRONT COVER with text and photo!!!

With the title "Respect THE POLICE" described the moment and shows our band on stage playing "Roxanne"at Grammy Awards!!!

Also into it, 'El Comercio"descibes THE POLICE reunion as the best of the night and who was the gala of the event...also says besides a short appearance it was received the big ovation from the audience!!!

Who other newspapers around the world gives their front cover to THE POLICE reunion at Grammy Awards????

Hey Stewart, Andy and Sting now is time to visit our country... that's only a little evidence PERU loves THE POLICE!!!

While I watching the press conference I decided to make contact with the most reputated newspaper of my country... cause the best way of all these is that THE POLICE shows in front of journalists like a real rock n'roll band... relax and profesionally and shows what they really are...specially Stewart!!! The big new is that they will include South America into their concert tour!!!

joerg I just return from supermarkets and kiosks and didn't find the edition of today...all were sold out...the sellers said me that is bizarre, cause is common to be some of its on monday... (I think THE POLICE on front page sold out these edition) I´ll try tomorrow at early morning to obtain me one ofIt for you...

by the way I watch at peruvian cable channel the new about THE POLICE press conference and world tour announce ...yeah the cover of the police in peruvian media is big as they are considered in my country like one of the biggest bands of rock history
