Well that was somethin’…

Postby bella on 09 Aug 2008 20:06

Here I sit alone in my room after spending two wonderful days with a bunch of nutters and floozies, all of whom share the same all-consuming, crazy love for you and your band, STEWART. If samburu hadn't told me you posted today, I wouldn't have logged on. I was just too sad.

I feel so fortunate to have been at the final show (thank you Lynne!!). Who could ask for more? (well.....I could ask for more...but I'll give you a break for a while).

Thank you for making myself and so many others extremely happy throughout the years. Your enthusiasm for everything you do shines through and will continue to do so.

I look forward to your next big adventure in the world of music....

....and forget about those DINNER TALES. Get cracking on that BOOK! We'll be waiting patiently.

xoxo

Charlie's post reminded me of something. I regret that I never got the chance to thank Fiona for letting you go on the longest play date in the history of the world and letting us have you for 1 1/2years. It must have been incredibly hard on the whole family to be apart for such long periods of time. So, please thank Copeland girls 1-4 for me. :D
I only started getting really interested in the police after the 2007 canadian leg of the tour, I know. It kills me.

My last chance was to go see em in Washington on July 11th but I had very little money and no way to get there.

but I was there in spirit...

(by the way Jose we're finished recording a bunch of originals, I'll get them to you as soon as they're mixed).
 well sorry for hearing it, I suppossed you see them...well I think someday could happen something marvelous similar that what happened with me at December 2007 at Santiago Concert... I don't know with The Police or they alone... but so incredible this band acting like a real magical comet and inspired newest fans when they passed through to the world... Yeah "The Police" is into your soul, that's why you and your buddies makes a great Police Tribute Band 8)

Well, STEWART, you definitely know how to show a gal good time in NYC!

Because of you I've gone on adventures I wouldn't have otherwise gone on and met wonderful friends I wouldn't have otherwise met. You've helped make this past year one of the best in my life. A simple "thank you" doesn't seem like near enough, but it's all I have at the moment. Thank you for everything.

Stewart thank you.

Its been a wonderful wonderful 18 months and I've had the time of my life.

MSG was incredible. Not only did I see The Police, thanks to you, from the front row, but I met loads of other nutters from all over the world - Those memories will live with me forever.

I'm a very lucky guy.

Thank you.

Hi Stewart,
Thanks for everything! I was in section 119 with a portion of the nutters and it was a good vantage point. I couldn't believe how good the seats were. I had a blast at the show! You know how to throw a good party that will bring in people from all over.
THANK YOU!

It's great to have you back on the board, Stewart. Yes, as someone else said, we'll be here waiting for you when you can catch your breath and post.

This has been such an amazing year and a half! Best times of my life. My only regret is that Ian couldn't join us in person for the parties and shows, but he was there in spirit with all the fans and with you and the lads.

Thank you for giving us what we'd only dreamed of!

Gosh, I don't know just where to begin or end all of the thank yous that are deserved. My thanks to you, to your family, your friends (and freinds) that were missing you all this time. Thanks to the crew, their families who were missing them too.

When I returned this morning to see the intensity of how my little daughter had missed me after only four days, I realized, with full force, what this meant to your family to have you participate in the Police ceremony for the majority of the past two years -- all of that missing you. So, even though I've already thanked them, I'll thank them again.

And you, wonderful you, posting the very next day. You are quite a gentleman. Stewart. Can't wait to hear what is next, although, for the benefit of your family, I will gladly wait patiently.

Affectionately,
Chatchka

Thank you doesn't cut it. We wish there were better words to describe the joy, the memories, the healing you gave us with this tour. As if we weren't indebted to you three before, now we take this past year with us for the rest of our lives. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you.....

Without your ticket, I could not be there, Stewart!
Thank you for keeping such a long long tour around the world great.
I never forget the day.
Well, I’m way too hung over for any sensible message to all of you nutters except to say thank YOU for your happy faces in the mosh. Glad you all enjoyed it as much as I did. We’ll talk soon…
"faces in the mosh" means those pit ticket guys? There WERE also
your people in section 111 (including me  ) & 119.
7 /8/08 NYC-The Flag is forever!
Thank you, Stewart.
