Hey - give me a break. Quite apart from byzantinely complex laws about public nudity, it is COLD here right now, and I had to ford at least three major torrents (formerly suburban streets) getting back from the station. And i'm in Surrey, not at Glastonbury.

JOURNEY 19: SF/Mountain View to Concord
OutlandoGirl hands the flag to nancyrose, who carries the flag to Concord and hands it to charliearnold.


STOP 19: JULY 16 – Concord (charliearnold)


JOURNEY 20: Concord to Wheatland
After the Concord show, charliearnold hands the flag to samburusunset, who carries the flag to Wheatland the next day.

According to DM, the concern was whether or not the flag could make it back from Europe in a timely enough manner to make it to Portland for the Friday night show and then, more importantly, whether it would make it to Mountain View for Mondays show. Consequently the decision was made to forgo Portland and mail The Flag directly to the SF Bay area.
