The movie thread reminded me, and I went hunting for it. I'd forgotten how much I love that soundtrack! Sure can't play it without headphones when the kiddies are around, though!

The Synch rehearsals (KOP at the moment, to be precise)

AMAZING. If you don't have this, download one IMMEDIATELY. I think Jeff has a link to this over at Sockii's site.

ETA Damn, its hard to work while listening to One World. Find myself concentrating too much on Stewart's UNBELIEVEABLE drum part.
There is no bigger gong.

At the US Festival, Ranking Roger came out for One World.
Wish there was a recording of that performance!

Is that on the video that is circulating (somewhere)?

I also thought an audio boot of that show was circulating as well. Maybe Jeff will see this and chime in. He's much better at remembering things like that than I.

There was breifly video on You Tube of The Police.
It was feed from one of the cameras, I beleive. It had time code burned in. But it got taken down.
And I have never seen footage from Talking Heads that night. They were unbelivable. DB came out it the big suit, awesome performance.

"All Summer Long" by Kid Rock.

It's my guilty pleasure this summer. I don't care if it samples from Warren Zevon's "Werewolves of London" and Lynyrd Skynyrd's "Sweet Home Alabama." It's catchy as all hell!
