I just called now and was told I'd have to wait to hear from them "later today...maybe not until tomorrow" to find out if they'll approve the cancellation. Though at least the guy I spoke to admitted "that's a pretty big jump in seats...I should think they'd approve it."

So, Sockii, any luck? I didn't have to wait, they refunded (CS rep got approval from supervisor, while I was on hold) during my phone call last night; however, as of the afternoon the $ credits haven't appeared on my CC yet, TM said it would take 2-3 days...rest assured I'll be keeping tabs on it. I called the TM number in Harrisburg (717-260-2000), so maybe you'd have better results if you tried that number.
And all this other crapola...par for the course...oh, I forgot to mention last night that when I was getting my refund the TM rep said his records showed they tried to call me TWICE about the seat changes... I frigin lost it and told him it was another LIE...I said, now I HAVE CALLED YOU TWICE...
And Meg...you go girl ...as I've mentioned earlier...the only communications I have received from anyone regarding this fiasco has been from TPT -- only reminding me to renew my FC membership....ARGH....(yeah, a soundcheck would be nice!)....
