I hope those original seats don't turn up on TB's affiliate Ticketweb.

That would just add insult to injury.
Well I'm glad I didn't buy that section! Section 331 was less expensive than 65. I hope they gave you credit for that?????

It is not true that the don't ever give refunds. Last spring I mistakenly bought tickets to the wrong spring training baseball game and promptly bought the right ones. 48 hours later I called and asked if I could get a refund on the wrong game, and they did it for me. I clearly purchased another game for the same day so they could see it was a mistake. I waited to call because I assumed they wouldn't budge on it.

I hope you guys get some answers on this.
yo!!

Checked my email this morning and had an email from TP...I thought - finally, some assistance with the ticket debacle since I used precodes....

YEAH RIGHT...they are reminding me to renew my membership in July...I THINK NOT...you gotta be kidding me....

Please add a little more salt to the wound...

I have to say it pisses me off (yes, even more) that there hasn't even been an acknowledgement of this issue by HQ yet. Even if their hands are tied and they can't do anything/are working on something but don't want to promise yet -- just some acknowledgment of hearing the complaints I think would show some good faith.

Just got off the phone with TM...I've decided to keep my tickets on hold...haven't canceled at this point. TM's rep said they are still waiting on word from the promoter as to the status of seating (Note: it was his opinion the stage set up changed that caused the situation). He suggested I call back between after 5PM...he expects they will have info then.

Hopefully SOMEONE has HEARD and LISTENED to us...(fingers crossed).

WOW. Folks are being reminded NOW to renew fanclub memberships after all that's happened?

I find that a bit shocking, personally...

I'm still curious what the point of fan club membership would be after this last concert? $100 a year for access to.... ? A message board?

SOOOO Glad I never gave them any money.

The next few days should be interesting- really curious if you guys that got the shaft will even hear anything today, because I kinda doubt it. I don't think whoever is at fault has any sort of acceptable solution. Even if they refunded money, or compensated money, the seats will still suck. Short of being allowed into soundcheck with probably a thousand other people, there are only so many seats for the actual performance. Anyone have any idea approximately how many people have been screwed? 20? 50? 200?

I guess there's no way to know. There were 3 presales going on, FC, Citi Bank and PBS. So, it could be 100 seats or it could be 1000 seats.

If it is only sections 65, 66, 66 & 67 at issue then it isnt more than about 300-400 seats as they are small sections.

However, this also affects people in the 300 sections, who are being displaced and deported into the 400s to accommodate the people from the 60s.
There is no bigger gong.
