yes, they have sold records, cassettes, cds, videos, dvds, super vcds, t-shirts, posters, postcards, stickers, buttons, scarves, beach towels, books, magazines, tickets, patches, photos...

Wikipedia has a good article on the top selling bands and stuff. I think I recall seeing them on one of the lists.

They were huge. Then U2 came and they took the title as, "the live band."

That's why if U2's tour manager is rumored to be attached for today. It will all work out.

Hi,
I don't know if the tour manager has something to do with the tickets price, but that's the reason why I decided to not go to U2 concerts anymore: too much expensive! I can understand a high price when it's in a small club with a very limited number of persons, but not in a crowdy stadium.
IF The Police really tour, which I still doubt event if not that surprised, I hope the ticket price will be 'normal' or at least affordable for everybody.
