Greetings from Ireland

Greetings from Ireland

Postby 100years on 08 Jan 2007 20:28

Hi all, long time Police fan here, and being a drummer, particularly a Stewart fan.

All this talk of a reunion has really got me excited...

despite being a fan since the early 80's I never got to see them live and the thought of having a chance of seeing Stewart hitting those skins in real life with is freaking me out......

This reunion has gotta happen...if there is a god

Nice to meet you all....any other Irish on here ?

I am a drummer too!

My best buddy is from Belfast, he's an awesome guitar player and his brother plays bass. We used to jam as a three piece.

I go to their family gatherings and sometimes when they don't show up I become an honorary Irish family member.

...ohh and I love Guiness

Cheers and go have a wee jam piece !

Great people Irish people.... I 'lived' for a while in Ireland, that means I spent some time doing nothing at all in Ballinteer (Dublin) back in 1986...cool place, I travelled all around the island, beautiful place, really and very cool people.

Welcome on board!

Ciao ciao
Giovanni

Ps.: I even met Bono and Co. one of the days they were recording 'Where The Streets Have No Name'... those were great times for them!

Hi!
I just like to say that I'm very happy if that reunion happens. I have a plain ticket to England, a place to stay and a ready suitcase under my bed. I'm just waiting...
