OT: Ta-da! Policerule's "What Shoes Are you Wearing?'

Postby jennym on 16 Jun 2008 19:12

No, we don't have a Rack! Lucky you! Hmmmm. I must look into finding the closest one. I'll be traveling to Houston later this week maybe there is one close by.... (what am I thinking? I’ve got to unload $800 worth of extra MSG tix!!)

We have a Neiman's Last Call, which is fabulous! I scored some great shoes back in the old days. Before Sex and the City, Manolos would show up at Last Call for under $100. I bought three pair over 10 YEARS ago and I still wear them only for special occasions.

Because I've spent so much frickin' money on Police tickets, I can't afford them. Rather than pour my heart out I'll just suffer in silence

Aw, Amy, it's okay. I'm sure they're still running _The Partridge Family_ on TVLand. You can look at their bus and live vicariously. :P

I personally would break my ankles(and be as tall as a wookie), but I see their appeal as fun party shoes.

Yeah, I liked 'em too. But I did know a girl one time who broke an ankle falling off platform shoes...since I'm, um, accident prone, I figure I best stay away :)

Been buying boring old hiking boots lately. However, if anyone's in the market, these rule: http://tinyurl.com/6p32rd

mmmm....Gore Tex....

Anyone buying alternative footgear for MSG?
On Google - site:stewartcopeland.net "your keyword here" - thanks DM!!

already thinking about shoes for MSG, but I've had so many foot problems lately that I'll probably just wear my Birks or flip flops.

I'm bringing my Merrell water mocs to Denver  They will be great for rafting!
