Even if I do confirm we NEED people like Dietmar (and you know I tell the truth!!!), I did a little confusion and thought the new website was done by Dietmar.....after reading well the message and the opening line of the website, I can now tell

THANK YOU MICHEL - THE WORLD NEEDS YOU AS WELL!!! Cool website!

(and sorry for misunderstanding)

Oh, and Mrs. G? You aren't ruining a thing. I think it's great Stewart has some younger fans. Perhaps you can fill we old fogies in on a thing or two. Feel free to ask if there's something going on that needs clarification (and I think I posted my email address around here someplace too...)

Hey, I'm all for Fan sites and collecting stuff to share with others...

...but when you start collecting "Klark Kent piss"...I start to get a little worried!

By the way, I keep having log in problems every now and then, and the only way I can solve them is to delete all the cookies from this site in my browser and then log in again and it works.

Hope this helps.

Hey, someone was talking about owning Stew's old sweat socks at one point...

I can't post at the Backstage site if I'm using the Macintosh program Safari. The website just seems allergic to it, and barfs my login back out. I can get in if I use Firefox, however (which I ought to do anyway, since it's coded by awesome volunteers instead of some monolithic computer entity).

I don't have any photos I took of SC myself, unless you count some I got of the jumbotron at Bonnaroo (which are actually pretty fun to look at. I'll get off my lazy butt and post some and link here so you can see 'em soon.)

OK, I got off my lazy butt. I actually took these with one of my crappier cameras (zoomed all the way in so the resolution ain't great), but Stew's expression in these is priceless.
Darn! It's incredibly humbling to have people collecting up my humble offerings with such dedication. Establishing this direct connection with all of you folks who "get" what I do has deepened the joy I get from doing it. You're such a lovely audiance I'd love to take you home! (Sgt. Pepper)

Dietmar, is this Gerts' page? I don't see a name anywhere but it has a Gertish look...
Feeling nostalgic tonight thanks to Pluto, so I decided to resurrect another one of my favorite posts from the Maestro. :D

What's the matter? Bored with all this Tourzilla and Finale talk? ;)

Wow re reading STEWART's post was awesome. It's nice to be reminded that he was at one point in time just another dude here on the forums.
That's right, I called him a dude.

Some of my favorites seem to have lost when the site was ... hijacked.

I thought so too. Someone think of a good question, and Dietmar will appear.

Great site. I love discography and collectors sites. Thanks for the hard work on putting all this together.
I loved the picture on the main page. It was taken here in Buenos Aires last december when Stewart attended a polo match at the Campo Argentino de Polo before the second show on sunday but I haven´t seen it before.

It was Craig who bought the socks that Stewart used at the Gateshed show in 1982.
